Annie Lennox
Annie Lennox's parents are Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox. Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox are her parents. Lennox was a student for three years in the Royal Academy of Music London in the 1970s, was admitted. Lennox was able to live on her student stipend while working part time jobs. Lennox was of the opinion that her talents aren't the same as those of her Royal Academy classmates. So she thought about alternative routes she could choose. Lennox was a flute player in the band Dragons Playground in 1976. She left the band before her band was invited to compete on I.T.V.'s talent contest New Faces. Between 1977 and 1980 she was the vocalist in The Tourists. A British pop band from the UK. There she made friends with Dave Stewart who would later join Eurythmics. Lennox went on to release her first solo album Diva. This was released in the year 1992. The album was hugely successful both commercially as well as critically. Nostalgia Lennoxs sixth solo album was Released on October 31, 2014. The C.D. The C.D. is comprised of Lennox's favorite blues, jazz, and soul songs from her youth. Lepidoptera is a compilation of four improvised tracks for piano, which Lennox has released in May 2019. The E.P. is the companion album for her installation of art at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art called"Now, I'll let You Go... It is also her first independently released album. Annie Lennox born December 25 1954, is an Scottish philanthropist political activist and musician and singer. In the late 70s, she gained a little fame when members of The Tourists. She and Dave Stewart then gained international fame in the 1980s when they formed Eurythmics. Lennox began her solo career in 1992 when she released the album of Diva that featured many of her most popular songs like Why as well as Walking on Broken Glass. Medusa is her studio album from 1995. It has covers of some songs, including The No MoreI love Yous and A Whiter Shade of Pale.
